Access data and hosting

You can visit our website without having to provide any personal information about yourself. However, every time you visit our website, our web server will automatically send a server log file with information on e.g. the name of the file you requested, your IP address, date and time of the request, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) to your computer and will log the request.

We only analyze this access data to ensure that our website works properly and to enhance the services we offer on it. In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR, we process this data in order to protect our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our online services in the context of a balancing of interests. We always delete all access data within seven days of your visit to our website.

Collecting and processing data for the purpose of processing an order

We collect the personal data you voluntarily provide us with when placing an order or contacting us (e.g. using our contact form or by email). Mandatory fields are always marked as such because they refer to data that is essential for processing your order and/or inquiry and you will not be able to submit your order or inquiry without providing the same. The relevant input forms clearly show the kind of data we collect. We will only use the data you provide to us in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR for processing your orders and inquiries. If you have given your consent to the processing of your data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR by opening a customer account, we will process your data for the purpose of setting up this account. We will restrict the future processing of your data once we have processed your order in full or if you delete your customer account, and will delete it on expiry of the tax and commercial law-related statutory retention periods unless you have given your express consent to the continued processing of your data or if we reserve the right to process your data beyond the above where permitted under law and where we have provided you with information on this processing in this privacy statement. You can delete your customer account at any time by either sending us a message to that effect using one of the contact options described below or using the function provided for this purpose in your customer account.

3. Data transfer

Where necessary to perform a contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR, we will transfer your data to the delivery company entrusted with delivering your order where such is necessary. In some cases, the selected payment service providers may also collect such data themselves if you have an account with them. In so, you will have to log into your account with this payment service provider during the ordering process. In this event, the privacy statement of the relevant payment service provider will apply to that extent.

Data transfer to delivery companies
If you have given your express consent to this during or after placing an order, we will pass on your email address to the selected delivery company on the basis of this consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR to allow the same to contact you to arrange the delivery or notify you of the same.

You can withdraw this consent at any time by either sending us a message to that effect using one of the contact options described below or by directly contacting the delivery company at the address listed below.
